They have been retaining the money for an insurance that was paid by my lender and I cancelled and I request the check since September and they keep saying they will send it over and they don’t do it. This should be illegal. I’m in big trouble with my lender as they are requesting to cover the negative balance on the escrow. Go to a bigger company not small agency. Customer service is terrible."

"Please don’t waste your time looking home insurance with them. Been with them for a while and at the time to change home insurance, I’ve submitted the requirements and it took more than 5 months to get an answer and the excuse was that they didn’t receive a response of the insurance company, system was always down or still waiting response. I always had to call to get an update, they never called me. Everytime I call the rep was always busy on the phone and will call back but almost never did. When finally after 5 months got an answer of a better policy price with another insurance, did the 4 point inspection and apparently all of a sudden the rep said it wasn’t available anymore so the inspection was in vane and money wasted. So had no choice that to keep the original insurance. Can’t wait to finish paying the house to be done with them. No empathy whatsoever."
